Is there a free trial available?
Yes, Capalyze offers a free trial where you will receive a certain amount of credits upon registration. With the free trial, you can access all of Capalyze’s features. However, using functions such as web data scraping, spreadsheet editing, and data analysis will consume credits. You can also upgrade your membership plan or purchase additional credit packs to meet extra usage needs.
Will I be charged automatically after upgrading?
Yes, unless you cancel the renewal manually, your membership will be automatically renewed before it expires.
What happens if I don’t renew my membership after it expires?
If your membership expires and you choose not to renew, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, which will remain accessible. Any content created during your membership will not be deleted and will still be available. However, creating new content or starting new chats will be subject to the limitations of the free plan until you upgrade again.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied after purchase?
Capalyze’s free plan gives you access to all core features, so you can try everything before upgrading. Since the membership is a digital product, we do not offer refunds after payment. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us.
